I have many interests; here are a few of them: cycling, walking, hiking, going to the beach or the pool, etc… I enjoy cooking, music of all kinds, traveling – whether it´s here or aboard, I like spending time with friends and dining out, a good show once in a while is also great! Oh, and I especially like taking leisurely drives either by car or motorbike (especially in the English countryside - whenever possible!) I like to visit my family in West Sussex, England and I try to get there every other year!
I was born in England, traveled as a young girl with my family and took the opportunity of travelling quite extensively in my early twenties. I have lived in the USA for the past 24 years. My personality is outgoing (even a little expressive at times), but not over the top by any means! I have a great sense of humor (sometimes a little wicked
) and I enjoy a really good laugh. I believe myself to be a very considerate person; I always try helping others in anyway that I can. My mother blessed me with lots of common sense, which over the years has come in very handy! In addition I am a practical, organized and an all around well-balanced person. Sensitivity is also a big part of my makeup, I cry at movies and people´s pain (which doesn´t mean I ball on a regular basis OK!), I am for the most part a strong and independent woman.
I am hoping to meet a gentleman with whom I could travel down the path of life with, It would be so nice to have someone to share the next 30 plus years with and build memories, someone who is looking for a mate for the duration of our lives. There has to be the spark and twinkle in each others eyes and absolutely we need to have mutual chemistry. I like a man who is confident, who has a good sense of humor, fun loving, with a considerate heart, spontaneous and mentally stimulating without being intellectually boring. My family are all in the UK so you need to share your's with me. You should be well like by others and able to converse with people from all sides of life. I appreciate a man who especially takes pride in his appearance and his surroundings. Someone who knows the importance of having a valid passport! He should definitely be up for traveling in and outside of the USA. A gentleman slightly older or slightly younger than I, but definitely not my father´s age! On a lighter side if you can cook, set a romantic table for two, give a great neck massage and surprise the heck out me from time to time that would be just wonderful – I love surprises! Just be good to me and I in turn will be good to you!
Of course this is always the meeting where most people feel a little nervous, anxious or even awkward, once we can get past the first date - which most likely would be lunch or a glass of wine somewhere mutually convenient to both, then we could plan a second date which would be much more interesting! (I am not really into meeting for coffee it's kind of wierd meeting someone in a coffee shop - I like the antioxidants much better!).
