I am just getting back into the world after a 20 year break.

Briefly - I am a steadfast individual that takes everyday for the gift that it is. DO NOT like drama, prefer honesty and consistency. I am loyal to a fault and believe that as Gary Allan eloquently stated - "Life Aint't Always Beautiful - But Its a Beautiful Ride." Life can hand out some difficult lessons, but it is how and who you go through them with that makes the good times great.

I am old fashioned - I believe family is more important than friends (although friends can play a role), that being the best father I can for my girls is an important enough duty that I can forgo things that will interfere with rather than accent their lives. I believe that a woman is always a woman and should be treated as such, even when they are trying your nerves. They get doors opened, told thank you - even for the littlest of things, asked with a please and a smile.

I don't expect that I will be perfect everyday, but I will try. I don't expect anyone around me to be perfect, and that is OK. I am appreciative for the blessings that I have been given in my life - and will someday share them again - openly and freely.

I am a big believer is starting slow, conversation, a walk by a lake; quiet open time without a lot of distraction, it makes it easier to listen.
