I'm a nice guy with a positive attitude about life. I was a military brat but am primarily a product of the rural Alabama public school system (short bus) Lol. I enjoy staying fit and would like to be with someone who has a healthy mindset, likes to work out and lives an active lifestyle. I am 6'1" about 200 lbs. I love kids but am not really looking to father any new ones at this stage of my life.(My son is 18 and lives with me full time but will be off to college soon) I'm just a real guy who tries to live the core values of honor, integrity, commitment and family. I have been in the military for 25+ years so my politics are very conservative but I can agree to disagree about most things and I do not shout or argue about anything... ever. I don't lie, cheat, steal or tolerate those who do. I believe in God and I read the Bible daily. I have been a single dad for a long time so I cook(I am the grill master!), clean, do laundry, wash dishes, scrub toilets etc. so I expect to pull my share of the load around the house. Please don't ask me to wear a french maid outfit though... the high heels would ruin my feet and I think my legs look pretty good without them. Lol. My favorite romantic movies are "shakespeare in Love" and "Meet Joe Black." Chances are, if you don't like these movies, we won't understand each other very well. Anyway, I travel a lot and would like to have someone to share the good stuff of life with. I am teaching myself Spanish so if you habla Espanol or want to learn, that's a huge plus. Happiness for me is a beautiful woman, a pretty sunset, a nice glass of dry Cabernet and a soft ocean breeze. Ahhh.:) Clothing is optional. Lol. Just kidding. Don't be shy, life favors the bold.

Let's be honest. We all know in the first 15 min. if the chemistry is there or not so typically I prefer lunch to start with. That way, if I'm just not doin' it for you, you aren't stuck across the table from me for hours while trying to think of a plausable reason (relative just died, kid thrown in jail, left the stove on, etc.) to get up and leave. If lunch works out then dinner and/or drinks at a quiet place works well. If you still like me after that then let's go walk on a beach and hold hands in the moonlight. I'm not the cave man type so if you want to know what I'm thinking, just ask. But be prepared for the answer, it might not be all that profound. Lol. Let's just go out and have some fun.
