Okay I don't think this gets read and the reality is that it comes down to simple things:

1. You're either attracted enough to want to meet, share numbers and get together or you're not.
2. We either have chemistry or we don't.

If you're not interested in meeting in a VERY public place, calling me from a blocked number and getting my information in advance to make sure I'm not someone to be concerned about .. then the reality is that you and I are not really here for the same things.
