Okay so in a perfect world, we wouldn't need to resort to "surfing the web" to find that certain someone. We'd meet passing in the super-market, or we'd go to the same movie store...but who promised you a Perfect World. Perfection is overrated :-)

I should start off by reiterating that I have two wonderful children who are the light of my life. They live with me and most of my time centers around them. However I'd like to find someone to share life with... I should also qualify one of the standard questions this profile asks, "Do you want children?" - I have two. I believe that there is always enough room in my heart to love others (including other children), but I do not want to have anymore kids of my own. I know that's blunt, but don't want to confuse anyone.

I'm very big into spending time with my family who live near by. I love families and have always enjoyed big gettogethers! I find joy in helping others and don't mind lending a hand where I can. Some might think I'm "too nice"... I guess you can chalk that up to one of my faults ;-)

I'm just looking to make friends first and if the chemistry is right then we'll both know. Someone who I can carry a conversation with. Someone who also understands there will be times that I may be to busy with a schedule to drop everything for small talk. That's not to say that when the right person comes along there wouldn't be room. I can reorganize midstream if I need to. I'd like to find someone who has a career, not just a job. I believe you have to like what you do at work. It just puts too much stress on the rest of life if you don't. I'm looking for someone who will accept me for me - and I will do the same.

I am content with life, but believe in striving for higher knowledge - in or out of a classroom. I want to find someone to learn and grow with.
