I graduated with a BA in PoliSci out in Connecticut, moved to Phoenix shortly after for a job with Teach For America. I'm in my third year of teaching and finished my Master's in Education back in May.... I'm also in the process of applying to law school. I love my current job but don't see it as a career for me. I believe in fighting educational inequality, but don't believe I can have the greatest impact as a classroom teacher.

Beyond teaching, I work with the PTO, Student Council, coach all girls' sports, and generally stay busy with student activities. Outside of all that, I enjoy going to the gym. I never touched a bar in my life until May 2008 but I couldn't imagine my life without lifting now! I've completed two powerlifting meets and plan to do many more while increasing my strength. I'm not a huge fan of cardio in the gym (feels like a rat wheel) but I enjoy a good hike or going biking.

I'd love to find someone who's educated, active, and stays busy. I find that when I have a totally different lifestyle than a guy in any of those three areas it isn't going to work out - on their end or mine. Maybe you're what I'm looking for :-)
