I'm responsible and organized but I WILL NEVER GROW UP! I love living in Florida. I love everything about the weather here including the storms. I love spending time on the water, yes, I even fish. I have a Harley...but he's my dog, my friend, my bud. He's a feisty little Jack Russell/Poodle mix. I used to have my own motorcycle...back in the day...but now I just prefer to sit comfortably on the back and enjoy the ride. I have a son and daughter back home in Wisconsin and I have five grandkids. Thank God for digital camera's and email. I'm very outgoing and personable. I'm completely open and sincerely honest. I am not materialistic. I care more about the things you cannot see. I'm looking for someone to share the rest of my life with. Someone who will feel proud to be with me. Someone who's fun and funny! Sure, I'm tired of being lonely but I'm not desperate enough to settle. I require certain qualities in my partner. It really should be easy if both people have the same basic values. I'm pretty sure we've all been hurt before. Hopefully we've all learned what it was we needed to learn. By now, I'd bet most of us know what it is we definitely don't want or will not accept. For myself I've figured out that I will not accept dishonesty. The worst truth is much easier to deal with than the smallest lie. Compromise and commitment are essential to long lasting relationships. I guess that means I'm looking for a real man, not a little boy. I don't mind taking care of a man, as a woman should, but I don't want to be just a maid, cook or bookkeeper. I prefer to share those duties. There's something quite romantic about a man and woman in the kitchen together preparing a meal. I think it has something to do with togetherness. The thing about our past is that every single little thing that happened to us made us exactly who we are right now. Sure there are things that were painful but everything really does happen for a reason. Sometimes those relationships that hurt so much to see end were truly blessings in disguise.
