I'm looking for somebody who I can have a real connection with. By this, I don't mean when people hit it off together because they're being nice to each other. Patience and having the "will" to be non-judgmental, understanding, compromising, and a real friend, for me is what makes a strong and lasting relationship. I would love to find the perfect woman. As I've gotten older though, I've come to realize that the perfect woman for me isn't all those good things I used to think I wanted. Instead, today I see her as being only a few things and even then it's negotiable if she were truly the one for me.

In person, I'm very different from how I probably sound here. I'm like nowhere near what could be described as a sappy, mushy, goo-goo guy. :) However, I am very romantic if the right woman can pull that part of my personality out. I'm a positive and genuine person. I love a good laugh, am very affectionate, enjoy kissing and I'm a snuggle maniac. :)

I have my analytical business side but it doesn't show through as obviously as my outward personality which is friendly, animated, enthusiastic and loose. I'm interested in almost everything, mental challenges, business, exercising, politics, reality tv, documentaries, pro wrestling, you name it,....and I can pretty much have a conversation on anything from the latest scientific discovery to celebrity gossip. I speak my mind and am very opinionated. This has gotten me into trouble more than once. lol I love a good sense of humor and enjoy the company of open, thoughtful and intelligent people.

Whew, after looking at all those positive traits, you'd think the women would be banging down the doors! LOL I don't expect the world, but I do want to meet a special woman who I can fall in love with and live happily ever after. PS. I moved to Toronto last year and am looking for new friends. If you're an intelligent, educated, communicative person, I'd also like to get to know you. I enjoy the company of interesting people. For non-romantic meetings, I have no requirements other than you be cool, smart and have your own mind and opinions.

considering the scary moments I've had, coffee in a public place is my preferred choice from now on.
