Hi, I am fun, nice smile, responsible, spontaneous, work out 4 times a week, good job, and a positive attitude. I enjoy eating healthy but am not obsessive about it - I enjoy going out to eat and having a nice meal and drinks. I just tried yoga and it was hard and I enjoyed! I guess I will add that to my workout routine. I also took a meditation class and that is a great experience. I compare it to working out the body but instead working out the mind! I love the mountains.
