I am a fun loving woman with an wicked sense of humour, a curious mind and an adventurous spirit (somewhat!). I love life, friends and family, my dog, the water, beaches, being outdoors and generally, having a good time with a loving and positive attitude. I try to live and speak from my heart and learn the 'lessons' that are in front of me! I love both informal and formal learning and have pursued academic as well as art studies.

I am looking for a man who is comfortable in his own skin, has a great wit and loves to explore ideas, share his emotions, listen, laugh, talk and pursue a variety of interests from cooking and wine tasting, to listening to jazz, classical, alternative music to learning about meditation, spirituality, kayaking and...more. What can I say! Some of the more includes getting back to horseback riding (pretty much have to start from scratch!)and finding someone that I can sing with! I'm a karoke beginner for now! who would love to sing some of Bonnie Raitt's material and of course other things too.

A first date for me (after meeting the person for coffee and thinking I want a date!) would be to walk along some of the Okanagan lake waterfront and end up in one of the local winery restuarants, overlooking a winery, the lake and mountains as the sky slowly turns orange-pink from a sunset.
