Ok so here I go...

I am currently in the Navy. I know that there is a very common stereotype with "sailors". I DO NOT FIT THIS. I am a down to earth guy who is NOT looking for just sex or the next knotch on his belt. I want a girl who will respect me as I will respect her. I need a girl who will be FAITHFULL as I will be to her. And a girl who can deal with me being gone for extended periods of time, and long/unpredictable working hours. I know this a hard slot to fill, but there's got to be someone out there who can fill it.. I love playing guitar and take my musical ablitiy, although not amazing, very seriously. I like to sing along to, but will only do so around people I trust. I value my career in the Navy, but aspire to becoming a tattoo artist. Tattooing is a hobby of mine, so I need a girl who isn't jealous or rather uneasy with me tattoing other people... Mainly other girls.. I treat women witht the respect they deserve and I do NOT ask anything more than I will return. I may be young but I have a mature personality. I would like my woman to know what she wants and also be financially responsible. I plan to finish my "sea tour" in the Navy, and follow up with shore term, so I can receive my license for tattooing through apprenticeship. But MORE than ANYTHING else, I desire HONESTY in a woman. I want to have kids in the future, and a family of my own. I love the idea of waking up to a woman who loves me for WHO I AM, and NOT for what I buy her. I think cliff diving would be fun.. But lets get realistic. I'm pretty sure the whole dinner and a movie thing is what people normally do, I'm down with that. However, it's a tad bit... outplayed? I would rather spend some time getting to know eachother perhaps over coffee, or renting a movie, or even possibly watch the game. Even having the first date at like a party would be nice, there's more people to meet there, and most people are a lot less on edge at parties. Somewhere public so the whole meeting someone new thing isn't as abundant, and both people can relax a little.
