Now that that's out of the way, let’s see. My name is Mike. I've graduated from Michigan State University in 2007. I majored in Landscape Horticulture Design and Build. I've been self-employed running a landscaping and lawn care business since 2002. During the winters, which is my off-season I pretty much live at the gym to stay fit and improve my overall health. I've played with the idea of possibly entering a natural bodybuilding competition one day even though I have a ways to go still.

I'm pretty much the most levelheaded spontaneous person you'll ever meet, if that makes sense. I've been in some hectic situations before and it amazes people how calm I remain and the solutions that I come up with. Life is short and I try to make the most of everyday, so spending time with friends and family and having fun is a must. I'm always up for experiencing new things and will pretty much try anything once. I usually can't stand being indoors for long periods of time. I love being outdoors and being active. So I'm always up for playing all sports, traveling, camping, boating, jet skiing, whatever. Don't get me wrong though, some times I just like to have a nice night in, have dinner, watch a movie, etc. I'm a simple and laid back kinda guy who likes to enjoy life.

I'm kind of new to the whole online dating thing, but thought I'd give it a try. With my job and my lifestyle, I'm not really exposed to a whole lot of dating potential or single people. Let's just say that the majority of the girls I meet at the bar and that are not one's I'd want to bring home to mom I'm sure you can relate.

So I'm basically looking for someone who shares the same similar interests as me. I need someone with a sense of humor and who is willing to take some chances every once and a while. Trust and honesty is a huge deal for me. If I can't share both of those qualities with someone then things just are not going to work out. It’s nothing personal, but for the record I've never dated anyone that was younger than me. I'm not against it; I’ve just never found anyone younger than me who I can get along with and have anything more than a friendship with let alone a relationship. Most of the time it's because I can't deal with the immaturity and the drama that is usually associated with younger people. So age really isn't a big factor for me and honestly it's just a number to me. So if you don’t fit within my chosen age range on here, don't sweat it. As long as we connect and are on the same level we're good. I'm also looking for someone who has a good idea of what they want and where they are headed in life. I'm looking for an open, faithful, and committed relationship with someone who is willing to make things work and not just give up when times get tough, because nobody goes through life without a few major bumps in the road.
