I would like to meet the person who will put a smile on my face everyday I wake up! Some say a smile is worth a thousand words...I tend to agree. A smile can melt even the coldest of hearts. A smile can send a heart a flutter where once there was only stillness. A smile can dissolve anger or initiate peace. It can cause confusion or answer many questions. A smile is free as long as you expect nothing in return. It can be the reason someone comes home every day or the reason they never leave. A smile is beautiful no matter whose face it belongs to... I was born and raised in the Bronx and lived a short time in Miami but I have made my stay here in NYC. There is no place like the Big Apple. I am enjoying what I took for granted growing up here. I love visiting new places and new restaurants. I really enjoy cooking. It has been a hobby for a long time and I hope to some day write an amazing cookbook with all of my grandmother’s recipes and my own, hence the name Carlito Y Sofrito.



I love having friends over for dinner and game night. When I am not making a mess of my kitchen, I also enjoy spending time on the beach at the N.J. shore. When I am down there I am usually playing beach volleyball or dancing my arss off in the evening. Yes that correct I like dancing.

I enjoy taking an occasional road trip either to explore Wine County in Long Island or up the East Coast to New England area. I love to travel and recently got back from the Caribbean and Miami.

I would really like to meet someone who is honest, sincere, and good-hearted and not into playing with the minds and hearts of others. Lets go to a nice quiet place to have dinner, Italian, authentic Spanish food from Spain. A quiet place to share really good conversation. If things go well we can take a nice walk and grab dessert and coffee at Venerios or Homemade Ice Cream in Brooklyn with the NYC SKYLINE as the back drop!
