Please notice the above....I am looking for a relationship, not a hook up, not a one nighter & not a f***-buddy.....I'm 36, I'm beyond those years of my life. I'm looking for someone that is ready to spend quality time with someone else and get to know them. I believe if you are truly interested, you will make the time (as will I), a five minute phone call, a dinner in the middle of the week to simply see each other, something to let the other person know that you are interested & you are thinking of them. I want to spend time getting to know someone....I would like to see this person & myself moving forward together, not simply co-existing or for lack of a better way of putting things spinning our tires, being together is better than being alone mentality always ends in disaster. If you aren't happy, be honest & move on, I will do the same for you. If there are possibilities then explore them. I am alone & do not choose to be, its not what I consider a horrid state or condition, but I do enjoy being with someone & sharing the things that I enjoy & that they enjoy. I have been divorced now for a long time (13 yrs divorced & single for 6) & am wanting to find the person that makes me smile when my phone rings (I hope I do the same for him.

I choose to not date outside of my own race. Sorry if this offends anyone, but its a personal choice....thus I choose. And....no I'm not racist, and not interested in hearing speeches regarding how "God created us all" or "we are all equal" or "we all bleed red" or whatever YOU think will somehow magically change my mind.

Also....I do not attend church, nor do I intend to in the forseeable future. I'm open to anyone else's views, thoughts, opinions, beliefs regarding the afterlife or lack thereof. But, you must be understanding of mine.....I'm not going to try to change you, why would you try to change me? What are my beliefs? Be nice, be good to one another, not because some entity or higher power is watching, but just because its the right thing to do. Don't cheat, lie or steal.....not because you think it may keep you from some mansion on the other side, but because its wrong to do those things. (ok...enough of that) But I will say, I've been judged on more than one occassion regarding my lack of belief (but I do remember attending church as a child....deacon's daughter BTW)....."Judge NOT lest YE be judged." And...cast the first stone and that sort of thing. I'm a good person, help people when I can and do the right thing as often as possible. Its just who I am, its not because I think there is a payoff down the road. (ok....so NOW I've said enough...lol)
