I try to maintain a healthy balance of sophistication and sensibility. I enjoy dressing up to go to a nice martini lounge, but also appreciate the charms of the local dive bar. I have a keen interest in classical music and find I get along well with other artsy types as well as other people who have passionate interests that they enjoy talking about. I like to share my interests and am eager to learn about other people's as well.

I find dry sarcasm very attractive, but I am open to other genres of humor. I tend to only joke with people who I feel comfortable with and I enjoy teasing and being teased. I think that teasing is a great sign that two people are getting along well. I am looking for someone who is capable of intellectual conversations about politics and current events, but can also appreciate a well-timed Simpsons' reference.
