I'm wanting to meet someone that makes my heart skip a beat; someone who shares some of my interests and has interests of his own that are new to me that I can enjoy with him. Some of the qualities I am looking for in a man are strong, decisive, good sense of humor, good with his hands, kind, affectionate, considerate, financially responsible, down to earth, loving, hard worker, handsome (to me), takes care of himself physically, honest, and a one-woman man. I miss phone calls in the middle of the day just to say hi and see how my day is going...a loving touch...so many more things than I can list here.

I am kind of quiet until I get to know someone. I think I have a good sense of humor and love to laugh and kid around. I am friendly and down to earth and usually have a smile on my face. I am an optimist and a romantic at heart. I work full time and I'm financially responsible. I don't like arguing or drama in a relationship. I don't create it and don't like to be around it.

With working, taking care of a house and yard and spending time with my family, I've been told that I don't have time for a relationship. To some extent that may be true, but I'm looking for someone who will join me in my life and invite me into his.

With the right person, I'm affectionate and enjoy holding hands, touching, kissing, whispering sweet nothings... If public displays of affection are holding hands, hugging, sweet kisses, looking deeply into each other's eyes and speaking softly as only to be heard by the other, then count me in...I'm there! As far as my interests, I enjoy spending time with my family (or people I care about), shopping, going to auctions, yard sales, antiquing, traveling, working in the yard, going out to eat, decorating my home, BBQs, crafts, sunrises, sunsets, watching the stars in the sky, cooking, baking, sewing, long walks, camping (but haven't done it in a while), fishing (with certain criteria), going to the movies, quiet evenings at home, watching TV and movies at home, cuddling in front of the fireplace, etc. I hope the man in my life will want to share in some of these interests with me and I hope to join him by spending time with his family and sharing in his interests too... Watching paint dry could be fun with the right person. LOL

If it is a first meting as well as a first date, would prefer to met for coffee and keep the meeting kind of short. We'll just see where it goes from there.
