Seems to me this is just a huge game and people enjoy the thrill of the chase.. but once they see interest it is off to the next... The whole game seems to be "I like you best for now,,, until something better comes along and then I am moving on to the next..." ...very few people seem like they really want to find someone, but there still has to be chemistry and attraction.

This whole thing is very difficult for someone who doesn't understand the game... and tends to be honest about what they want.. how else are you going to find what you want.. It shouldn't be so hard to find someone who wants to know you.... who wants to spend some time with you... someone with a mutual respect... someone who wants you as much as you want them... where sex doesn't come before everything else.. and I swear I have heard every excuse for why this should occur.. not buying them.. sorry!

I am currently divorced and just trying to meet new people. I would like to find someone who knows how to treat me like a lady and not one of the guys. It would be nice to know chivalry is not dead....

I would like to meet someone with similar interests and views, but I am open to trying new things, as long as I don't have to bungee jump or skydive. I love hanging out at the beach (I even dare to go in the water). I love movies, concerts and conversations to get to know each other.

My family is very important to me... it would be nice to meet someone who treats their family and friends with the respect and importance that they deserve.

Honesty is a MUST... no liars or BS, there is enough of that in the world already and life is too short.

I would love to meet new people, whether it is in a dating relationship or a new friendship. I guess I need to qualify what I am looking for... I have dating as what I am looking for because that's what it all starts as... right? I don't think you can look for a long term relationship. If it is going to happen, it just does... but some people take the "dating" wrong... I am not looking for a one night stand, those are a dime a dozen...

*Just in case anyone is thinking I am refusing their IMs... when I log on at work my computer does not allow me to go on IM.... I am not refusing them... if I am logged on in the day (weekday) it is usually from work and IM does not work.. sorry!
