HI! I am a single mother, I work full time and I am a part time student. I love to hang out with and play sports with my son. I also love to read and listen to music. I love to be outdoors! I love the rain! I love to be outdoors in the rain. I love to learn! I will read about ANYTHING that interests me. If I want to learn about something, I get a book and read. I am addicted to knowledge and learning! I'm also very sarcastic and some would call me goofy. I love to laugh and have a good time with whatever I am doing. I love to hang out in book stores and do occasionally hang out in coffee shops. I'm always going. I have long days everyday. I start my day early and I end it very late! I am VERY high strung and quite hyper to boot. I have been told I am a handful but in a good way. I love to hang out with and spend time with my friends when I have a "spare moment". That doesn't happen a lot. I love to take nice long bubble baths with a good book and just try to relax. I love a man that can go out on the town and be a perfect gentleman. Someone who can act with class in public and be respectful. Someone who understands that "dressing up" means khakis and a polo or a suit, whichever the occasion calls for. But he must also be able to help me fix things around the house, and yes I mean HELP! I can do most of it myself, but there are some things that need someone else to take care of it. Someone that I can play and watch football and basketball with or curl up on the couch and watch some sappy movie with. Please have a job, be able to support yourself. If you can't, then you should probably be out trying to fix that rather then playing online. You don't have to make $100,000 a year or anything, just enough to support yourself. Please have transportation. If you can't get around on your own, then there is a problem. I am not a driver! I understand that some times things happen, but if you just don't have a car, you need to get one. I have dealt with men who lived with their parents, didn't have cars, didn't have jobs, got paid once a month and were broke 2 days after getting their check. I'm not asking for some super rich guy, I just want someone who can take care of himself, speaks well and enjoys doing things somewhat out of the norm. I don't consider going to a rodeo a "date"! That's hanging out. I enjoy going to the local pub or a nice dinner somewhere (your favorite restaurant shouldn't be McDonald's if you are over the age of 9). I also enjoy the symphony and theater occasionally. And here's the kicker! I don't mind helping to pay for dinner, date or tickets to where ever we may go!!! Any man that wants to be in my life must be able to go casual as well. I don't always have to be wined and dined. Sometimes I want to stay in or just grab some pizza or something. I don't want to be limited to fast food and rental movies all the time. that gets really old really quick.
I am looking for a man between the ages of 31 and 39. No older, no younger. I am not looking to be a teacher to some 20 something year old and I am not looking to be a "play thing" for some 40, 50 or 60 something! If you are recently divorced and not looking for anything serious right now, then I'm afraid I'm not the right one for you! I want someone that is looking for the same things I am!

You must love kids. You must want kids. I have one and that's just not enough for me. I'm not trying to find someone to "mate" with or anything. I am looking for someone that I can make a life with! If the man I meet has kids, that's great! I love kids and I love being around family! So, the more kids the merrier! To a point! LOL!
I'm a busy woman, but I make time for the people and the things that are important in my life. I won't be at your beck and call 24/7 but honestly who wants someone who will be? I will make time for the right person!

Really just depends on what we agree on. I've found that going to a coffee shop in a bookstore is a great first date. We can sit and talk over drinks or get up and walk around. You can learn a lot about a person by the types of books they read!
Another option is something equally as casual. Maybe a slice of pizza and a local band at Vino's or some Mexican and margaritas at Juanita's! Honestly, I'm usually game for anything! A walk through the River Market on a weekend day or hanging out at the piano bars or comedy clubs in the evening!!
