ARE YOU HUNGRY? Hungry for a real woman who knows her way around the kitchen? I was personal chef for some of the wealthiest people in the world for 5 yrs while Mate/Chef o/b motor yachts, ie: Canada's largest kitchen & bath manfacturer (he & his family & friends were European epicures). I am fortunate to have learned the "art" of cooking from my gourmet mother who cooked everything to perfection. I use only the freshest, highest quality ingredients to prepare simple, yet elegant dishes from scratch. Some of my specialities: seafood gumbo, REAL Texas chili, Coquilles St Jacques, sauteed (butter) soft shell crabs, mussels menuire, veal marsala, veal sweetbreads menuire, lasagna, eggplant parmesan, chicken & dumplings, beans & ham hocks & Southern cornbread (not cake, in cast iron)or Mexican cornbread, Southern biscuits & sausage gravy, Maryland crab cakes, delectable, delicately fried oysters & shrimp, leg of lamb, roast pork, conch fritters, cracked conch, corned beef & cabbage, yogurt pancakes or waffles, real Key Lime Pie & the "best Secret Chocolate Cake with pecan chocolate icing you ever put in your mouth". I have been told by several gourmands my cooking is "fit for a king". I am a Gemini on the cusp of Taurus. I love to go to the beach and watch the sunrise and the dolphins feeding. I have viewed the "Green Flash" at sunset in the Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, south Florida, Saipan and Guam many times and feel extremely fortunate. I am loyal and monogamous and love my home, but love to travel. I worked as a Mate/Chef 5 years o/b privately owned motor yachts, cruising the east coast from Key West to Boston and in Piraeus, Greece, Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos. I lived in Saipan for 3 years, Guam for 6 years and Honolulu 1 year. My son is still living in Honolulu and is a chef/broadcaster. I love the beauties of nature, bird watching and especially love CATS, and all animals, sailing (own "Frisco Flyer" 26'). I am 61 but will always stay young because I have a positive attitude. I am 5'7, 122 lbs with green eyes and blonde hair. I am not beautiful but attractive with a charismatic, witty personality and ability to make people feel comfortable. I know no stranger. I was a real estate broker for 20 years in Houston and south Florida. I am seeking a decent, kind, intelligent, honest man with a good sense of humor, integrity, and fun loving spirit to enjoy life with. Thank God for a good sense of humor.
