Hi! It's me.... I'm a fairly laid-back and even-tempered sort of guy. It takes a lot to get me agitated. I like helping people, but prefer to do it behind the scenes, rather than being right up there where all the attention is. There are times when I just can't think of anything to say, and then other times when no one can get me to shut up! Generally, though, I'm more of a listener. I like getting outside and doing things: usually walking, running, working out, etc. I'm trying to make a habit of roller-skating every week, just for fun/exercise. I am a fairly conservative Christian, and I would really like to meet a gal who's compatible with that, primarily because I would feel more comfortable around her, and we'd have more to talk about. I don't go to church as much as I would like to, but that's something that I'm working on. Ummm....I've had the same job for 5 years, and I really enjoy it. Basically I'm paid to play with electronic parts and chemicals. It's great fun, and it allows me to learn new things! I've got a lot of hobbies; too many, probably...just whatever topic interests me at the time. Currently, I'm building a welding machine, restoring a car, and trying not to blow myself up in the chemistry lab. I think it's important to get off of foreign oil in the long term, so I'm working on synthesizing different fuel alcohols in my spare time. It's amazing what you can make using only air and electricity. Since I'm rather slender, I would like dating a girl who's similar to that...but I'll talk to anybody who wants to say "hi!" and trade a few e-mails...I don't bite or anything!

It depends really on what both of us agree on. I've done miniature golf, theme parks, eating out; all as first dates. I do love Asian and Indian food, and I know some great places we could eat. ...Just something that's fun for both of us, and involves us getting to know each other.
