| | I live in a woods on a river near Toronto. I dine by the fireplace in winter and out on the deck in summer, accompanied by rescued dogs and cats who think they are the entertainment committee. I feed 50 mallard ducks in the winter, and enjoy the company of a fox when I have tea on the porch. I like creative sewing and take short craft courses. My neighbours teach me house maintenance. Though I don't attend church every Sunday, I do take God seriously. My dream man would be very intelligent and very knowledgeable in some field --at ease with my academically educated friends. I particularly respect a man who has done some negotiating and managing, and who can make others feel more important. He would treat people fairly and be easy to get along with. He would be just as nuts about animals and want to share my dream of living on a lake near a small town. Day trips or foreign travel with my hero would be outstanding. I wish he would dance with me once in a while. If he could do house repairs, I would swoon. I have considered adopting a teenager or two --but, that is optional. |
