Hi ladies. First of all, I'm not living in Weston yet, but will be by mid August. I presently live in Rhinelander, but am building a new home in Weston. Wow, building is an experience. All the choices you have are a challenge and can be somewhat overwhelming. It's been fun though.

So, here's a bit about me. I'm retired from the military and civil service, have traveled extensively and still enjoy that. I have been described as handsome, self confident, ambitious, humorous, full of life, considerate, and generous. I've also been accused of being very opinionated; however, it's also been said that I'm willing to bend. I don't have six pack abs, but I don't have a big ole beer gut hanging over my belt either. In previous lives I "rubbed elbows" with politicians and high powered defense contractors, and have had my 15 minutes of fame. I don't need that anymore and will leave that to younger guys. I was married for 36 years to a woman that took me for granted and didn't know the word thank you. I won't settle for that anymore. I am most comfortable wearing jeans and don't own a whole suit; however, if my lady had her heart set on going to an event that required a suit and tie or even a tux I'd purchase one, gladly go to the event with her, and not act like a country bumpkin while there. My woman will see me walk into a room full of men and be able to say "wow, I'm glad he's mine". I have given much to my country and society and would serve again if I was the proper match for a situation in need.

It would be great to find a woman that also enjoys traveling, isn't high maintenance, acts like a lady, is intelligent, attractive, healthy, financially secure, a non smoker, and most importantly will not take me for granted. When she walks into a room I'll be able to say "wow, I sure am glad we found each other". If this sounds like you, I'd sure enjoy communicating with, and possibly meeting you. Hopefully we'd have lots in common and could have some fun together. Oh, I do not own a Harley, don't want a Harley, and will never own a Harley, so if riding on the back of a Harley is your idea of fun I'm not the man for you. I prefer my road trips to be in climate controlled comfort.

For a first date I prefer meeting for coffee or lunch. If we enjoy each others company and have a mutual attraction, hopefully we will have learned enough about each other to decide what we'd like to do next.
