I am a retired high school teacher that is kept busy. I speak several languages including Spanish, French, and Italian. My native language is English. I therefore enjoy various cultures and different ethnic foods. I have traveled quite a bit to Europe, China, Argentina,Uruguay, Mexico,Canada and the United States. Another exotic trip always intrigues me!

I am a positive person who likes to live life to the fullest. I believe in hope, optimism, and that all things are possible with hard work and determination. I am always in a good mood and hope that you are too.

I belong to several different organizations where I volunteer often. I want to make a difference in the lives of others. I am interested in personal growth and self improvement. I am open minded and love to discuss various topics including current events, and politics. It would be great to share these interests with you. We could spend a lazy day over lunch discussing our favorite topics. We would become so energized that we would possibly go dancing that evening!

Family, friends and my religion are important to me. They are an integral pat of my life. I have many friends of different ages and backgrounds. I enjoy interacting with them.
My other interests are in sports(golf, tennis,snorkeling), music especially jazz,50's and Sinatra. I enjoy the opera, plays, concerts, dancing and going to different events.

I am interested in meeting someone with the same values, possibly for a long term committed relationship.

I would like to go out to dinner at a nice restaurant for a first date. I would also enjoy going out for lunch and then taking a walk.
