So this is the part where I explain myself. Here goes...

Well the smilies above explain how I am when I'm not hanging out at home. I'm often to be found going from one activity to the other, from tennis to meeting friends, from work to tennis, heading to the airport again (I often get the opportunity to travel internationally on business.) And ooh, tennis is how I get my buzz. However, I also enjoy hanging out at home relaxing, cooking, watching movies etc. As long as there's a balance.

Being originally from Ireland, I have very traditional values and I'm looking for someone with the same. From the importance of saying thank you when someone holds the door for you to how kids need lots of TLC growing up. My ideal date would be someone who enjoys conversation,sharing ideas and opinions and outdoor activities. I also really value a good sense of humor.

So my day job isn't the most exciting to describe but I do enjoy it. It's regular Monday to Friday office work in Finance and thankfully it leaves me self sufficient.

Depending on the connection

1. Traditional bar date. Not a trendy bar, dive bars are my favorite. Being Irish, I've spent my time in bars though LA tends to keep me out of them. A few drinks, taxi home if needed and perhaps all date nerves disappear.

2. Tennis court. No chance I'll win Wimbledon next weekend, but I can hold my own and would love to share the joy of the game on a date. I hear that you can really see how a person is in live by how they play tennis so it would be an interesting date (I'm competitive!).

3. Cycling on the beach followed by ice cream. One of my favorite sunny weather activities. Simple pleasure of the wind in your hair and the childhood memories of ice cream on a sunny day.
