There is always a slight disconnect I think between people's intentions and their wants. Specifically, my intention on this site is to meet some cool people and hopefully make a friend or two that I enjoy hanging out with to satisfy my social side. My want, however, is to possibly meet that one right person that I absolutely adore and whose attention and affection I crave. I am both a realist and a romantic, caught somewhere in between knowing that there is someone out there who is perfect for me and knowing that there is no such thing as perfect.

First date would really depend quite a bit on what we have in common. I'm a sports fanatic, love live music, the performing arts, etc. so a first date could be a sporting event, the Fox, or even a little dive place catching a local band. As long as the conversation comes naturally I'm a happy girl.
