About Me
I live in a large complex in downtown Los Angeles and I don't live in a loft. For some odd reason POF has changed many of our locations to simply..."CA." So I figured I'd do what I could to clear up the confusion.
I am an exceptionally lucky man - Most everyone thinks I am no older than my early 40's. I am in excellent shape and work out and rollerblade frequently. I am very bright but sensitive and vulnerable too. I am considerate to a fault and have a special affinity for animals and small children. My three are grown but I wouldn't mind being part of a family again. My two oldest grandchildren (a boy and a girl) appear in one of my photos. The boy has long hair. As of 11/3/08 I have a third. For those of you who are not familiar with GLOW (see photo) it is an event that occurs (all night) at the beach near the Santa Monica Pier in the summer. It is a very entertaining and fun event.
My ideal woman is very intelligent, insightful, generous, giving, kind, athletic, sensuous, loves her work and her man and has good values. She enjoys laughter and has a wonderful and quick sense of humor. She has a lot of friends but always has time for her guy. She enjoys staying home as well as going out, cooking as well as dining out. She is animated and creative. She recognizes and is attracted to my sensitivity and vulnerability. She softens when she feels my touch and she loves long wet, warm, soft kisses. She likes to cuddle. She understands my need to spend time with my children. Our meals together are special times even if we are home. We devote those times to each other and tell our friend callers that we will talk to them later. She is spontaneous when necessary but most often plans in advance. We entertain frequently. She values my opinion as I value hers. She recognizes when I am unsettled and attempts to comfort me and I do the same for her. We both try to stay upbeat particularly when our partner is down. Our chemistry is magical, there is a warmth that radiates between us when we embrace and cuddling and hand-holding are things that we do frequently. All my photos are relatively recent. There is one that shows me with my three children - that one was taken in 2001.
First Date
A first date (which I distinguish from a first meeting) is a special occasion. I pick her up at her residence at 7:30 and she invites me in for a glass of wine. Our conversation flows effortlessly as we share the experiences of our day. We then head to a local sushi bar and dine on some special selections of our favorite sushi chef. After dinner we go to a club where we dance for ninety minutes and then head to a piano bar I know for a nightcap. We take the scenic route home and the sensation between us is electric. I walk her to her door and and we thank each other for a wonderful evening. We part longing for the next time we can meet.
