I'm from Springfield originally and moved to Champaign for school [two graduate degrees and only six more months of student loan payments left!] Since school I've worked for the U of I in the College of Agriculture [a somewhat strange career path given that my knowledge of the agricultural production process pretty much begins and ends with the chicken already in the bucket having benefitted from the Colenel's unique blend of eleven herbs and spices...] Champaign is a pretty good place top live; probably my favorite thing about living in Champaign is having season tickets to the Illini football and basketball games!
