Hi – Thanks for stopping –

A little about me: I am a strong person, who loves to be outside, active, just basically in motion. I can slow down when needed….but I am not a couch potato.

I play volleyball, and this is the first year in the last several that I have not coached my daughters team. I have 3 children, and I have loved every stage that they have been in. I have 2 daughters, and 1 son. They all have different personalities and different interests and I love it all. I have coached volleyball and cheerleaders as well as a boy’s basketball team. I have crashed one two many vehicles, and am still here to talk about it.

I have reached a point where I am enjoying the journey that is my life. I believe the saying that life is not about the destination, but about the journey and the people’s lives that you have an impact on (positive is always better than negative) along the way.

I enjoy laughing (its better than crying) and I prefer to find the things in life that are positive – You cannot control the things or people in your life, but you can control how you respond to them.
