Here are some basics
I was born and raised in Portland OR. I moved to Idaho in 1998 and have lived here ever since. I have 2 kids, age 9 and 6. I work about 7 hours a day and when I come home most of my time is spent making dinner, doing homework, going to practices and bed time. I recently started my own business on the side so that has been soaking up some time as well. I work at a printing company and I love my job. I swear my boss is one of the best people I have EVER met. I am and Christian, not perfect just forgiven. I love Jesus, going to church and being around those that love the lord. I do my best in trying to make him #1 ALWAYS. I do not read my bible on the daily but I am trying to do better. I love and accept the growth oportunity He gives me daily. I cant tell you how exciting it is to look back over your life and see where you were to where you are and where your going because of Him.
I love spending time with friends or family whether at the park, chuck E. cheese, at home or at a club dancing the night away, chances are its going to be fun. I am always smiling & love to laugh. If you have a great sense of humor, you are already 2 steps ahead of the game. :) I like watching movies, going dancing, shopping, talking on the phone or chatting on the internet. I go crazy over a great smelling fabric softener and I am a bit over the top about my can-goods being lined up perfectly. lol other than that I am pretty easy-going, fun-loving, most would consider me a people pleaser, honest, a total smart ass and I can tell you now, I am always running late (one day I'm gonna fix that).
I am NOT looking for flings, hook-ups, booty calls, friends with benefits or any other name you can label it. I am most definitely a “friends first” type of girl. I am getting to the age that I have been thinking about the future and what I want. I guess you can say that I am looking for long lasting relationships with hopes that one will turn into a fairy tale ending! (I’m really not that mushy)
People ask me, “What are you looking for?” I wish it was that easy and I could rattle off a bunch of qualities but I think it’s so much more than that. I think every one looks for the basics: confident, honest, dependable, a man of his/her word, respectful and so on. COMPATIBILITY, you need this in any relationship! I don’t know if you can, but I can’t make a list of this. Does the way you eat soup drive me crazy? Do you like the sheets tucked in? Do you wash you hands after you use the restroom? EVERY TIME? Do you fall asleep with the fan on or do you like it completely quiet? Do you snuggle all night long? Can you miss your favorite show to come over and play cards on family night? Do you love public displays of affection? Yes, any of these things can be altered but it’s who you are. I absolutely believe in compromise but don’t get lost in the process. To me, COMMITMENT/LOVE would be next. If you truly love someone, your commitment & devotion to them should naturally flow. There is a song by Mary J. Blige that sums this up perfectly, Stay Down. I grew up in a house where every time there was a problem, my mother would pack us up and move out. Not long ago I realized that I attract these types of people. I cant live my life like that! With that said if you find that every time someone upsets you, you cut them off/run out on them, PLEASE don’t bother me. Sorry, I just don’t have the time. :)
It’s summer!! There is SO much going on. Carnivals in every town surrounding Boise, Alive after 5, movie nights at Settlers Park, Farmers Markets, Taste of Idaho, the possibilities are endless!
Like I said in my description, I am easy going. I love life so whatever we do is just icing on the cake!
I have never been but have always wanted to go to Meridian Speedway. If I had to plan a date, I think that would be fun with a picnic in the park either before or after the races.
