ME...mmmm...this is a question I've been asking myself the last few years. Within the next couple of weeks I will practically be an empty nester with my son and his wife now stationed in England with the military and my daughter joining her fiance in New York and the other young man that lives with me is graduating a tech school and going to work on swing shifts...might as well be an empty nest. This is a tremendous adjustment for me but one I've been looking forward to for about 28 years. I'm not one of those women who doesn't want her children to leave in fact I embrace it but I like to see them get a good start. Oh yea...me...I tend to be a workacholic but I know I could curb that with a good distratction I would like to travel a bit when my job allows me to get away but I do enjoy even short trips on the weekend. I'm very easy going and not much upsets me...but don't push it because I don't play for long when someone is playing me. I also like weekends where its just me and my guy at home showing each other some extra attention and lots of relaxation. I know life is not all about me and I'm a very supportive significant other. I tend to not be very materialistic because I've learned that being happy is more important than personal possessions...hey you can't take it with you! Anyway...I'm still really finding out who I am after husbands and kids and just want to have some fun.

I think meeting for breakfast and talking over coffee would be a great start or perhaps dinner but at a place that's not too loud that would have lots of distractions that would take away from good conversation.
