I am artistic with varied, eclectic interests. I have a young mind, and young heart and soul. I like my blue jeans and I am told I look really good in them. I don’t want to ever look or act like an old lady. I want to live life to the fullest. People usually feel comfortable around me and with me because I am who I am. I am definitely not a prima donna. As far as my personality is concerned, what you see is what you get. I'm extremely honest and I expect that special person in my life to be honest also.
Overall I'm content with my life. I do however miss having someone special to talk to, to do things with, laugh with, cry with, etc. etc.
I’m not overly impressed with men who flaunt their money or status ... if that is what's most important to you. Hmmmm ... what's the equivalent of a prima donna for males? I think it's just being full of yourself.
I would like to meet an honest man ..... I do not need someone playing head games with me. I would like to meet someone who is intelligent, creative, open minded, affectionate, and down to earth. I like men who can work with their hands. I come from a family of do-it-yourselfers (including me) so this is what I am used to.
I am not a city person. I much prefer to be walking through a bush or eating a shore lunch over window shopping and a fancy restaurant. Having said that, cities can offer wonderful art galleries, museums, etc. that I love to visit. There goes that creative side of me again with my insatiable curiosity.
I need to be with someone who makes me laugh. That is very important to me ... someone who is communicative and has emotional depth ... someone with a sense of adventure and charisma.
What puts a smile on my face? ... mostly the simple things in life ... walks in the bush ... waves crashing on an isolated beach ... intelligent conversations ... laughter ... sharing ... all with the special person in my life of course! I guess what I'm trying to say is that I'm not high maintenance. I enjoy being with friends and family. I like one-on-one time with the special person in my life.
I forgot to mention that I have a very large dog so the person in my life must also like animals.
I need to be with someone who can be loyal in a relationship .... I do not give second chances. I can't stand players. No married men please. I’m here to develop a long lasting relationship, not to help married men cheat on their wives. I am not into one night stands. If you are only looking for someone to cook and clean for you, or be your mother, keep on looking ... I'm not her.
I am very affectionate and loving to the right person and I will know who that is when I meet him. The chemistry has to be there or it won't work.
