Hmm...this is the hard part. I really don't like describing myself because I'm harder on me than anyone else. So, my friends (both east coast, and west coast) describe me as outgoing with a funtastic personality, funny, cute, sexy, upbeat and positive, blah, blah, blah. They like that I'm forward, and honest. I don't care for bullshit.

I see myself as somewhat of a gadget geek, mischievous, goofy/silly, feisty, and so on. I can be aloof, distant, and mean like everyone else - but I'm generally upbeat, happy, and positive. It takes a lot to get me angry (really), and if you bring me to that state knowingly, you deserve what's coming to you.

Attempting to describe oneself paints a 2D picture. I'm a 3-dimensional person, really! I'm multi-faceted, and looking for someone who has mutual interests.

The simple stuff...I like:
Food - Persian (Middle Eastern), Mexican, Sushi, Seafood, Italian, Mediterranean, Indian, Chinese, etc.
Movies - Sci-fi, Fantasy, Action, Martial Arts, and Epic (some Foreign) on the big screen. Everything else on DVD.
Music Genres - Trance, Ambient, Hollywood's version of Middle Eastern music (Troy, Kingdom of Heaven, etc.), 80's, Hip-Hop, East Coast House, today, etc. I like being introduced to new music, especially if it's similar to my tastes above.
Bands - Enigma, Faithless, Coldplay, Pink Floyd, Darude, Sarah M, Edie Brickell and the New Bohemians, etc.
Books - anything that draws me. Authors I like: Robert Ludlum, Michael Crichton, John Grisham, Patrice Michelle, Kathy Reichs, Patricia Cornwell, Eckhart Tolle, and several others. Then there's books on personality types, psychology, tech books, erotica, etc.
Fun Stuff - Theme parks AND their rides (Space Mountain anyone?), Boomers (although I've yet to go), rollerskating, bicycling, swimming at the beach or in a pool, video games, I'd love to drive in a closed-circuit track! There's more I like to do, but that's a start.

I think our first 'meet n' greet' should be at a cafe (or hookah) or any place that has a relaxing atmosphere. This way we get to know each other without all the pressure of sitting through an entire meal. If there's chemistry, we plan our first date and stay as long as we like. If there isn't any chemistry, we make it short n' sweet.
