I have a passion for life. There are 3 types of people in the world. Those that make things happen, those that watch things happen, and there are those that say, "What Happened"? Life is too short to dwell on "What Happened". Love and Romance are like a Poker game. And while both are a gamble in the game of life , one must learn to truly appreciate the great hands they are holding.

I like to participate in most sports. Ice Hockey, Golf, Snow & Water Skiing, are just a few of my passions that I enjoy regularly. I live on the edge of life everyday, because tomorrow is promised to no one. Life is what you make it, not what you hope it might be.

In my past relationships I have learned that people should be judged by not only what they say, but also by what they do in life. The best barometer that I've seen is to watch how your potential significant other, treats other people in their day to day lives.

My quest is to leave this world a better place than when I arrived and I truly believe we are all put on this earth to make a positive impact in the lives of our fellow man. I profess to be a sentimental Knight of the Round Table. I strive to maintain an active life style centered on Chivalry, Integrity, and Honesty. Of all the honors and awards I received in my life, the one I cherish and hold in esteem, is the title of "Dad". I enjoy being a "Dad" whether it was with my own children ages 18, 21, and 22 or the many kids I mentor through different organizations. Life is about compassion for the other person. It's not all about me, it's really about you.

The person I seek will be truly "Heaven Sent" and so I await the arrival of an Angel in my life who I would hope to call my "Soul Mate" She would put God 1st in her life and I would be 2nd. She would strive to make the world a better place with her volunteer efforts and charitable acts. While money would be a facilitator to achieving the necessities of life, she would not allow it dominate our lives at the expense of our relationship or that of the children. I seek a woman having great moral courage as well as a strong work ethic. She and I by our example would teach those life serving attributes to our children and there by make the world a far better place.

A great first date would be a quiet dinner followed by a walk on the beach or maybe a night of star gazing. OK... we may have to skip the star gazing and walk on the beach until the -20 degree temperatures cease...lol Maybe a warm fireplace with some great Merlot. It would be my hope that the evening would be one of learning and sharing stories about each others families as well as talking about each others wonderful life experiences, but most of all it is my hope that the event would be cherished as a special moment in time for both the woman and her date.
