There is so much to say......start with that I'm an average person living in a crazy city with no idea how to meet people like me. I love to laugh and enjoy myself, but I'm also hard working and responsible, and I don't see anything wrong with combining the two. I'm looking for a man who is interested in a long-term relationship, because I'm tired of the dating scene, and I'd like to move on to the next chapter of my life.

I am also what someone would describe as a "geek". Now before anyone runs off and expresses that women can't be "geeks"...I would like to offer myself as evidence. I play World of Warcraft (when I have time)....I like sci-fi novels and fantasy books. I like Stargate, Star Trek, Buffy, Firefly, and yes even the dreaded Babylon 5. I also have a Playstation 2...so I could play Final Fantasy X.

While this fact, my geekiness, might be a negative for some, I like to think that it is a good thing. I live in a world of possibility and magic. I exist where hope is eternally and everything will be alright in the end. I also believe in taking steps to secure that hope and grabbing it with both hands...determination (and a little bit of helpful technology) is key.

My first date. It would depend. If it was a "day" date I would go to Springs Preserve and walk around the gardens and just talk. Maybe go into a couple of exhibits and see how we feel about stuff. If it was a "night" date ...probably the same only substitute location for Town Square and listen the music in the center section or go to the Blue Martini for some drinks and just talk and see where the inspiration takes us.
