A little about me… I’m a very caring person, this is reflected in the work that I do, working with looked-after children. I think it’s important to be in touch with your childish side - I’m prone to occasional silly moments, especially when I’m with my closest friends or my big brother!!

I love to dance – if the music’s right you might struggle to pull me off the dancefloor. For quiet Sunday’s indoors you can’t beat a houseful of friends and family, tucking into one of my roast dinners and laughing together!!

I can't imagine living in a world without music - I'd miss those fun nights out shaking my thing on the dancefloor, rocking out at a concert or relaxing at home to some guilty pleasures from the Eighties!

I live near the sea and I love to walk along the coastline, watching the kite-surfers, dreaming of one day flying with them. The fresh air, and openness of Canada was hugely appealing to me – one day I’d like to go back. I can see myself partying in Rio or chilling by the warm blue sea in the Maldives.

So why am I here? Well, it's always nice to make new friends, once I get past my initial shyness, of course. Maybe I'll discover someone I really click with on here - you'll email me, I'll giggle, we'll wind up chatting and laughing on the phone together and arrange a meet-up.

What happens after this point is anyone's guess but I'd love to one day find someone special and make a home with them.

Humour is very important to me. I'm looking for someone who will make me laugh and make me feel special and I will do the same in return. You need to look after yourself, be spontaneous and up for a laugh, while also having a serious side. Bonus points will be awarded to someone who is romantic, tall, dark and handsome, who drives a sports car!!
