Just getting started here.

Integrity is a key quality that I possess and seek. I have a very low tolerance for flakiness. I seek an EQUAL, not someone for whom I am 'teaching' more often than not...[did that come across right?] I appreciate intelligence and drive in my partner; but, intelligence comes in many forms, not just book-smarts/level of education. The value of Life Experience can never be underestimated.

I have been very fortunate in my lifetime...traveled extensively, multiple degrees, and aptitude to try anything once! I love adrenaline, and it is triggered in many ways. I am the type of guy who is pretty in-touch with where he is at in terms of personal inventory. Make no boasts of my accomplishments, and no apologies for my imperfections. I am 'me', and always try to be the best that I can be in every situation. It is unlikely that you will ever see me giving less than 110% at anything that I am undertaking. I am a very proud person, who was raised 'traditionally', with good values. Reliable, almost to a fault; and nearly always put the needs of others before my own. I am intense, yet in contrast absolutely love silly, sophomoric humor [pee-in-your-pants laughter]. No one has ever accused me of being one-dimensional.

In order to get along well with me, you absolutely must be a 'Dog Person', as I am very passionate about animals...especially dogs. My beloved four-legged 'son' is a HUGE part of me. Also, I am a pretty militant non -smoker. A fitness industry veteran of more than a dozen years, it is highly unlikely that you will catch me spending a Sunday afternoon watching sports on TV. I'd much rather be out & about, feeling alive and pushing my body. Couch time is for cuddling with you or my pooch...that's it. A good 'fit' [sorry...pun] for me is most likely to be someone who is 'thin', 'slender' or 'athletic'.

I am unapologetically affectionate. Feel that a kiss can communicate a thousand words. Equally at home in a Tux as a torn T-shirt and well-worn jeans. A chameleon if you will.

Depends on the lady and her interests. Hopefully something that facilitates laughter. I do love adrenaline, so a little excitement wouldn't hurt. That being said, I also enjoy a quiet place where we could get lost in conversation for hours...
I am fast becoming aware in this new 'chapter', where I find myself dating again that it does take effort. I have no problems spending time driving to see that special someone, and I'd expect her to feel the same. I don't hesitate for a minute to say that I am worth it ;~)
