I like meeting people from other cultures and travelling to interesting places. I lived in Mexico for 7 years and speak a little Spanish - it's getting rusty. In 2008 I went to a wedding in Brazil and travelled a bit in that country - fun! I like cooking foods from many countries and going to movies, foreign and Hollywood-made too. My dog is one of my favourite "friends", so I'm looking for someone who loves animals and doesn't mind having to "play" with them.

I have studied Eastern philosophies, Buddhism,the philosophy of yoga and metaphysics for many years and like to do yoga on a regular basis.

Staying healthy and keeping an open mind is important to me and I am looking for that in a partner.

My idea of a great first date would be to go to a movie and for a walk or go for coffee or chai after. Or, on a weekend it could be fun to have lunch together and then go for a walk.
