Hi, as you may be able to tell from my username, I still haven't shook away my love of old-school Nintendo games.

Anyway, I'm a 24-year-old Humber College journalism grad and I've set my profile up here because frankly, I want to enjoy life. Ever since my late teen's I've had a problem with worrying too much about my long-term future and not enjoying what I've got in front of me right now. We all have only one life folks, and I'm already slipping into my mid-20's, so I've decided to start living it.

I tend to be a pretty nostalgic kind of guy. I love pretty well anything from the 80's and early 90's; whether it's The Goonies, Hulk Hogan, Nightmare on Elm Street, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the Batman Animated Series, you name it. I also enjoy writing short stories on my laptop in my spare time, and while I'm comfortable with my current position, I'm hoping to eventually move up to the public relations field at my company down the road.

Don't worry though folks, I still love getting out of the house and heading out to Wonderland, sliding down the Devil's Drop slide at Wild Water Kingdom, meeting up with my college buddies in Toronto and of course, catching a good movie at the Silver City.

Onto what I'm looking for now. Well, I'm looking for a serious relationship with a special somebody. Lately, I've been finding most people are only interested in hooking up for a short while and don't want to put in any effort towards a steady relationship. I'm at the age where I'd love to find someone who cares about me just as much as I care about them. Someone who I can be completely honest and comfortable with, while she feels the same in return.

Okay, who would my special someone be? I'm looking for someone who's going through a similar stage in life as me. Someone who has ambitions and wants to make her mark in some way. Someone who enjoys a nice mixture of relaxing indoors while also getting out with her friends. Someone who is sick of the duds who use you and lose you when they find someone more attractive to chase. Someone strong who speaks up when they don't agree with me instead of quietly nodding her head. (Well, that was a mouthful wasn't it? I warned ya, I like to write!)

What would the perfect first date be? Well I generally prefer someplace like the Williams Coffee Pub where we can both relax and get to know each other better. It sure beats a movie theatre where we'd both just be staring at the screen for two hours.

If we decide that we both gel, then we could move to relaxing on the couch with a good movie one night and later hitting up Wonderland where we can spend the whole day screaming on the Drop Zone and relaxing with some ice cream afterward.
