Let me give you a little background about myself. I am originally from upstate NY and am very happy to not be in the middle of snow and ice every winter. I am a Project Manager that works for a company that makes web sites. The work is pretty rewarding but there are days I really don’t like technology too much. ?

I really love to travel. I've been all over Europe (Ireland, UK, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, The Netherlands) I even like to drive in the UK & Ireland (it is a great experience). If you have never done it before I would suggest it. Hopefully my next trip will be to Prague & Berlin. I also still head to NY a few times a year to see family and an occasional Yankee game.

I am an avid music fan (There are more than 4500 songs in my iTunes). My favorite bands are U2, Lou Reed, Bob Mould, Radiohead, Pearl Jam, The Police, Snow Patrol, Arcade Fire, The Shins, John Coltrane, Miles Davis the list goes on and on. I also like to couple this passion along with my love of travel. On U2’s last tour I saw them here twice, Charlotte, Honolulu, & Dublin.

Keeping in shape is also important to me. Every weekend I walk 6-8 and during the week I practice yoga. I have seen the benefits to staying in shape later in life and I want to avoid pitfalls down the line.

For fun I live to see live bands, hitting the restaurants (dives and fine dining), seeing a movie, going to a play, being outside (taking walks, hiking, generally exploring), reading, listening to podcasts, etc. I'm always up for doing new things - visiting places, trying new sports or cuisines.
