I'm a stylish, recently widowed woman, interested in meeting a nice gentleman...my age or older. It's no fun going it alone. I just bought a home in Granite City, IL.(my home town). I'm having a lot of changes made to it, so it won't be ready till late August or the first of September. I currantly own a home in Ste. Genevieve County(a gated lake community)and it's on the market. This country life is great....but sure can be lonely. My 2 daughters and my one and only grandson live in Granite, so it seems the right place for me to be. I have one son, who lives in Hawaii. I also have dogs....3 of them, 2 Labs and a ShihTzu,(Duke Daisey and Bo).So i hope you like dogs. I've been a kept (lol) woman most of my life...at 52 I decided to try my hand at real estate, ended up being one of the top listing agents in my office. Then in 2002, my husband of 24 years had a bad stoke, so i gave it up to care for him. He passed away last year on Fathers day. So i figure it's time for me to get a life.....and it sure would be nice to have that "someone special" to share it with. Moving truck will be here 9/15...I'm still packing..and wondering how I accumulated so much STUFF.....whew...The move is over, boxes are emptied, and here I sit, waiting for you. Where are you? I know your out there somewhere.

What I would do?...lol..I would only meet you after e-mailing back and forth, then talking on the phone and getting to know each other well enough to know we are compatible. At that point, We can decide when and where to meet in person for our FIRST date.
