| | I am a committed Christian (reformed) seeking to really live my life as God would have me, as His word teaches. If I had to select three qualities to be preserved above all others, they would be truth, honor, and love. Everything else starts from there with me.
I am a sincere person and at times honest to a fault. I enjoy kindness, honesty, love, commitment to truth and learning in others. I am a bit reflective, but mostly because it is such an awesome world we live in. I have interests in everything, from nature itself, the fragrance of the falling rain, the sun on the mountains, the cool breeze, to the nature of life and people, to living life with sincerity and truth and joy, to writing and enjoying music, to computers, to my geo cities site, to art, to health, to fine food, to family, to simply enjoying people.
But all of this is just words - how do you express seeking the fantastic joy God has put in everything in His creation - how vast and wonderful and detailed and splendidly knit together it all is! And although we learn more and more and more about it all and glory in what we know, how much more there is, beyond anything we will ever learn!
I am looking for someone who is more than just a cultural Christian, who is honest, caring, humorous - someone who enjoys life, playful, but not only playing with life, a tease sometimes, but dependable to do the right thing. I find intelligence, manners, a bit of adventurousness, and a twinkle in the eye very attractive. Someone with an interest in life - both living it with joy in God's blessings and interested in how to live it better!
I am very much in favor of someone who is about serving God and earnestly doing the right thing while they enjoy the life He has given. Responsible, yes, maybe a bit of a tease, with a twinkle in their eye, and the affectionate hugs just because. The faith is most important - someone who is not a Christian and open to growing in the faith from the Bible or not chaste shouldn't respond. Enjoying of nature, faithful, interested in trying new things, loving life, reflective from time to time, interested in deeper things beyond just the day to day. Ultimately, she should be willing to follow her husband and lover of her life - and these should be the same person! |
