Life's too short to settle. I'm a divorced mother of a beautiful 6 year old girl who is the best thing that ever happened to me. I am an intelligent, successful, attractive, kind and honest woman.. I’m also quirky, silly, fun and cuddly. I appreciate creativity and big sense of humor. I pride myself on being independent and own my own home. It would be nice to find that special someone who can be supportive and allow me to lean on him when I need it, but I’m not looking for someone to take care of me either. (We can take care of each other). I hope to spend time with my partner – (going out to dinner, shows, parties or barbeques with friends, hanging out at home, walking along the beach, trips to the city, whatever), but to also do things independently from each other from time to time as well. I’m flexible, easy-going and seek to find the best in everyone. That’s probably why I’m often told that I’m TOO nice. I’m not the kind of person to hold a grudge. Career-wise, I started out in college as an art major, and ended up a CPA. (I’m still trying to explain that one to my friends). I’m a huge animal lover and people are often surprised that my favorites are Rottweilers.
What do I want? Someone who is real. Someone who gives me butterflies and can make me laugh... A kind, warm, affectionate man who understands that my daughter is my number-one priority, but who also understands that I'm an energetic, sincere, loving young woman looking for a little romance and excitement back in her life.
Two warnings:
1) I don’t cook. I can make a mean fruit salad or pasta salad though… anything that doesn't involve turning the oven on. (The microwave and I are best buddies). Surprisingly, I do eat rather healthy meals – just not the traditional kind.
2) I’m a klutz. I can’t explain why, but it seems I inevitably bang my arm or hand when walking through a doorway, stub my toe, or trip over something. I’m used to it now and just laugh, but jeez…
