***Just a little note***
I have long term on here because untlimately that's what I'm looking for but I'm not going to settle for the first pretty face that comes along. I want to take my time and get to know someone. Hang out and see if there is something there other than a physical attraction.

***What I look for in a woman***
BEAUTY!
There are two kinds of beauty, inward and outward. You must posses both. Outward beauty will only get you so far, but it must be there and has to match the inward beauty. Don't we all want someone we're attracted too?
HAPPY!
Happiness comes from within. If you're not happy with yourself, you won't be happy with anyone. You may search for it, but its like striving after the wind.
HEALTHY!
Health is very important. Everyone should strive to have good health. I'm talking about you should be in shape and be physically fit. Not perfect but I would want someone that at least puts some effort into staying in shape. No Cottage Cheese booty please!
LOVE!
This is a very big one and I hope that every woman out there will read this part and and bennifit from it. Love is much more than just a feeling or emotion. Love is an action word, it requires you to do something. When you love someone, you put the interest of the other person first. If you put your self first, you’re being selfish which is the opposite of love, not hate like most people think. No relationship can stand firm if its one sided. You have to work on yourself and make adjustments and you have to work together to resolve issues that come up. Attitude is very important here. Attitude is a reflection of the heart. It’s how you feel. How you feel can change how you view things and, how you view things can change how you feel. Very often in the beginning of a relationship you have such a positive view of the other person that you’re willing to overlook some negative things. As time goes by and the new wears off you begin to notice things or (view) things different. This in turn can change how you feel about that person and often times you begin to view them from a negative standpoint. It only gets worse so you have to learn to communicate how you feel and do it on a level that is understood. We guys seem stupid sometimes because we just don’t get it. It’s not that we’re stupid, (well some are;)it’s that we’re just different. Women feel about things. With women, things are mostly governed by emotions or feelings. Men on the other hand (Think) about things. This is why when you have a problem and you try to tell a man how you feel all they want to do is fix it, when all you’re wanting is for them to listen and understand. Sorry…not going to happen, not for the most part anyway. I’ll give you another example of the thinking and feeling philosophy. 99% of the men out there will say anything he (THINKS) you want to hear in order to have sex with you. Most of you already know this, but somehow you let your guard down. The man says things that you want to hear. He tells you how beautiful you are, how sweet you are, how he loves spending time with you, that you're different and the list goes on and on. These are things you want to hear. It makes you (FEEL) good. It makes anyone feel good. Who doesn't want to hear good things said about them? For the most part though, it’s BS! And here is the key to knowing weather or not its BS. DON”T HAVE SEX!
If you’re looking for a long-term relationship and you're having trouble finding a guy that sticks around, make him wait. This is my opinion and I’ll bet this is at least 100% accurate. If you date a guy regularly and I’m talking about two, three or more times a week for about two or three months and he’s still hanging around the chances are, he’s looking for a relationship with you. I know this is a bit extreme in some peoples view so you have to have a minimum of at least one month. Remember, most in the past would date for a year or two, get married and then have sex. The divorce rate was much lower then too.

***What I Dont' Want***
Jealous: There is a healthy jealousy but for the most part it's not a good thing.
Conceited: You should never look down on others; your sh*t stinks like the next person.
Negative: No one wants to be around someone who complains all the time and about every little thing. Get the corncob out of your butt and be happy. Life is way to short and can be gone in an instant, I’ve seen it.
Attitude: This really goes along with Negative and I think its important to put it in here. Attitude is a reflection or your heart, a mirror of your heart. It's an expression of how you feel. How you view the world changes how you feel and how you feel, changes how you view the world. A glass of water at the half way mark is (BOTH) Half Full and Half Empty. Both views are 100% correct but one is a positive view and the other a negative view. Do you have a positive or negative heart?

oK! About me...I'm 6' 3" tall at 210 lbs. I have Blue/green eyes and ash blond hair. I'm a very affectionate person. I love the little things in life like the sound of a mocking bird on a spring morning. The way the ocean smells with a hint of coconut oil. The white sand, palm trees and the sound of seagulls in the distance. Waking up next to the person you love and watching them lie there and to think of how much you love them...so much that it brings a tear to your eye. That's only happened to me once with my second wife and I would love to find that again. Yes, I'm very affectionate. I love to cook and I'm actually pretty good at it. Sometimes when I get in the right mood I enjoy drawing. How good I am seems to depend on my mood for some reason. I like to work out and you can find me regularly at the local 24 hr Fitness. I really enjoy the sauna. My favorite thing to do and the thing that really defines who I am is music. I am a musician and I love to create, play and record my own stuff. I play lead guitar but rhythm guitar is my specialty and I play bass guitar as well. Music really is my favorite personal pastime. I own a cleaning service, www.spectracleaningllc.com I founded it on January 6, 1996. So, I have more than 12 complete years of business behind me. I hope to retire by 2014. Yaaa Me! :)lol Now for a few details for those who really care to know about me. If you read this far, I assume that you do. In 1998 I married my first wife. One week before our fourth anniversary I lost her in and accident. ***Continues bellow***

Two years later I fell in love with a girl that captured my heart from the moment I saw her. We married and a year later had a child together. When our son was 5 months old she wanted to separate. Then she wanted to date other men so I filed for divorce.
I've been single for almost 3 years now.

On a first date, honestly you should keep it simple. A first date to me is different than a first meeting. When you first meet someone you should do Starbucks or perhaps a bar for a drink. Just to see if there is a connection and the desire for a first date. Like I said, simple, is best in the beginning. Then perhaps do some Sushi...my favorite:)
