I enjoy reading the news to keep up on global issues and to understand my surroundings better. I like to learn and experience new things. I tend to see the glass as half full and I believe there is a benefit to having a positive attitude. I am also a realist and tend to place more emphasis on peoples actions rather than just their words.

I enjoy good food and a nice bottle of wine. I am a pretty good cook and I enjoy doing it. My strong points would be BBQ, omelettes, pasta, roasts and stir fry's but there are a few other things as well. Where I can use some help is anything to do with complex sauces, desserts or pastry....maybe you can help ?

I grew up in Vancouver but I have also lived and worked in Toronto and Bermuda. I really enjoy traveling and experiencing different cultures, foods and taking in the scenery. For the most part I am up for just about any kind of travel.....short or long duration....close to home or half way around the world. For my next big trip I am looking at Spain for the month of April to take in the festivals and do a little motorcycle touring. I would love to find a travel partner for this trip.

My main musical themes would be blues, classic rock, jazz, and world music with a bit of classical and folk thrown in as well.

I am looking for one good woman to be my best friend, my traveling companion and to settle down and have a family with. I am looking for a relationship that is a true partnership where both people contribute.
