I am very feminine--long hair, skirts, high heels.
I love to learn about everything, particularly human behaviour. Don't get me started about the human brain! I also really enjoy history (if only I could remember it!) and exploring geologic formations (if this only happened more often!) Spirituality fascinates me (particularly how the history, personality and geology influence such). Philosophy captures my imagination, however did not seem to capture great marks in university.
I absolutely love the performing arts, and seem to devote quite a lot of time to them...Stratford, Mirvish, Broadway, Shaw, concerts...there is something so transcendental about them. The highlights for me include Christopher Plummer live in anything, and dare I admit it--Rod Stewart anywhere, anytime (I think I've seen him 10 times now). I got to see U2 recently--I still can't believe I was 50 feet away from Bono! I see Blue Rodeo and Tom Cochrane whenever they are near.
If the arts are one of my favourite pastimes, travel is my passion. I impulsively travelled to Britain and Ireland, by myself, this year. Some of my favourite places I have been to date include Rome, Florence, Edinburgh, French Rivierra, countryside of UK/Ireland, Charleston, New Orleans, NYC, the Gaspe. I love weekend getaways...Niagara-on-the-Lake, Vermont...
I am shy about attaching my photo due to working in a small town, in the profession I'm in. Am happy to send one, however, and please don't judge me on this...I am far from a technological wizard...I only have one picture on digital--an ID for when I worked, well, elsewhere.
I feel I have been alone most of my life (although married for 20 yrs and having a few other relationships) and am looking for someone with whom to share a life path. I enjoy sharing ideas, laughter, adventure, and would prefer a male who is similar in these regards.
