...this might be an unconventional way to meet new people, but it works out quite well here and there, so it's worth a try...on the other hand, I'm very picky, so you might find that I play hard to get. Either way, I'm optimistic, so that helps both of us, and we're both here, so we might as well say 'hi' if we're already exchanging glances. Then again, if I viewed your profile and didn't say 'hi,' well, maybe you make me a little shy...that happens sometimes.

The only thing missing in my life is the type of romance that authors have been writing about for ages, you know, the one that lasts forever. I don't expect that with every girl I meet, but it's just a dream in the back of my mind...something to hold on to for when the right girl comes along. Until then, I'll just be friendly and see where it goes.
