If you know anything about teachers, there is a certain air about them and I think I fit into that mold. I genuinely care for and about people. I want to see others succeed and grow. I am very aware of the emotions and feelings of others, almost to a fault sometimes. I pride myself in my kindness and sensitivity to others. I feel that I have a real gift for just looking at a person and obtain a good picture of who they really are. I am very straight forward and honest. I have never been very good at lying or obscuring anything. I am very open and honest. If you really don't want to know the honest to goodness truth to your question, then you better not ask me.

I love to watch, participate and coach sports. One of my favorites is soccer...Go Wizards!! I love the T-bones too!!!

I teach high school math and science and coach girls basketball. I absolutely love what I do.

I have four kids...kinda scary, I know but they are truly the most perfect people in the world. They teach me everyday how to be a better person. I am so very lucky to have them in my life. I also have them in my life for the sheer entertainment value. There aren't many days that pass me by that they don't bring a smile to my face or an all out fit of hysteria. I have had to deal with snakes brought in the house to escape to warmer areas of the house, hedgehogs in desperate need of attention, rodents that I would prefer to kill but save because they are "cute". I have been a digger of worms for fishing, catcher of grasshoppers, crickets, and meal worms for bearded dragon pets, a never ending encyclopedic wealth of knowledge, nurse, fireman (ask my son about solar energy and magnifying glasses), dentist, IT dept. head, shuttle bus driver, garbage man, cook, and best friend. They need me and I need them.

I enjoy traveling and sightseeing. I also love to stick close to home and people watch. I have a wide range of interests. I don't particularly like to exercise...okay I despise exercise but it is necessary to stay healthy, live longer, and oh yeah, I love to eat!lol I love to paint, draw, read, play cards and play board games with my kids.

There is no perfect guy for me. People come in all shapes and form and I find them all interesting but I will know when I see him, if he is right for me. The guy needs a sense of humor above most things. If one has the ability to laugh then life is going to be okay no matter what is thrown at you. Life sucks sometimes and is inevitably going to throw you some curves. So get the bat off your shoulder and positioned high above your head and get that lead arm pointed the right direction. Swing with full force and put your whole self into it. You will not be disappointed! A grand slam will ensue! Life is wonderful when you can laugh.

Ideally, if I had all the money in the world, I would drive to the airport and we just pick a place to go for the night. I would love to go to Chicago, Seattle, or Wyoming? for dinner and then fly home.

Back to reality, though :) I would love to meet at a ballgame of some kind...football, basketball, soccer and then either eat the high priced but oh so good polish dogs and Dr. Pepper or go out for some pasta and then some really great cheesecake and a cup of coffee. We might even squeeze in a walk in a park or around a lake. Then end the evening with plans for another date :)
