I am a 47 year old woman who is young at heart. I have lived in Brooklyn my whole life. I am a pretty patient person who feels that when life gives you lemons make lemonaid. I am an attractive, honest, normal, not a materialistic person, trustworthy and a person who is filled with compassion and passion. I have had my heart broken many times but I am still ready to get back up on the horse. I am looking for a person who is honest, not into games and ready to give his heart to me. I don't like when people lie to me. I enjoy being with my friends and also don't mind being alone reading a book or doing a word search puzzle or watching tv. I love to laugh. I enjoy cooking, going out to eat, the beach, concerts, being there for friends/family when they need me and try to find the humor in everything if I can. I am not really into bars. I don't really drink and I quit smoking almost three years ago - yay for me!!! I love walking. I have two children; my son is 17 and my daughter is 21. They are my world.

On a first date, I usually like to go for cofee and get to know the person. Then after maybe a nice romantic walk - holding hands if we feel connected already LOL
