I recently moved to Champaign-Urbana from the West Coast and the only people I know are some relatives in the area. I am self-employed and can choose my own schedule, which has added to the quality of my life. I provide online media, marketing and software development services for local and national clients. I love what I do, therefore I don't feel like it is "work". I truly enjoy most anything when I am with someone I trust and care for. It has been awhile, though, since I "let my hair down" as they say (okay, proceed with the bald jokes, ha!), so it's hard to think of those fun things to do when you can share the moment. Although I don't have one now, I like to ride sportbike motorcycles. I am a guitar player too. And did I mention I know computers?

About you? You can laugh at things even in the aisle of a Target store, you are strong and independent, but brave enough to be vulnerable so the one you are with can "be there" for you at times. You may have already started a family. You probably like a variety of music, not just close-minded with one kind. Other than that, I can't really say, since we haven't met yet!

Ideally, a first date would be very casual... simple. Keeping it lite keeps it low pressure. A cup of coffee, a walk in the park, or meet for a drink would be ideal. I've seen women say a "movie" on the first date... I couldn't think of a worse thing to do on a first date, except maybe wind tunnel testing.
