Love taking in the view from Sunset Cliffs around sunset, driving up to the mountains for a nice lunch, or making a good meal at home for a special friend. I'm very low maintenance, a good listener and I have a genuine zest for life that keeps me motivated and focused. Love being outdoors and exploring new places or just curling up on the couch to a good movie with good company. Good conversationalist, well adjusted, optimistic, spontaneous yet when called for practical, and a romantic at heart, are some of the characteristics you get with me. There's plenty of fish in the sea but hopefully you're the one for me. Sounds like a bad pickup line but it's appropriate. Don't be shy about stepping outside of your box - make it happen - you wouldn't be in POF if you didn't have desire. By the way, I'm fine with dating but I'm ultimately looking for a long-term relationship.

I live my life by the mantra: attitude is everything! I practice positive thinking to create an uplifting and productive environment for all to grow and prosper in. Isn't that what God wanted us to do all along anyway? He wants us to be happy, earnest, motivated and loyal. However, he does have a sense of humor so it's important to keep that in mind when things don't always go the way we'd like them to. It's that "building character" thing that we're all too familiar with - it's very true though don't you think? It's made us who we are today. I appreciate others with a good sense of humor. Your attitude along with mine will provide stimulus for good conversation, good laughs and yes, maybe even some enlightenment for the both of us.

I was born second to the youngest of six children. We were raised in a Christian environment with high moral standards by two very committed and loving parents who were married for 62 years. With that foundation in tact, I'm very well adjusted and have maintained a healthy life style, in mind, body and soul, for as long as I can remember. I carry no real baggage. Have a double major in Marketing and Management and I love what I do. Been in outside sales for 29 years. Sales is all about building relationships and maintaining them - kinda like what we are all trying to do here in POF. That's a lot of relationship building with many positive results along the way.

Seeking that one ever-elusive meaningful and fulfilling relationship is worth all the effort one can put into it. If you don't subscribe to that theory then why pray tell are you marketing yourself in this site? One can't be afraid of failure and a little rejection or they risk the ultimate failure in life, never having have loved. We've all loved before and we will all love again....

I'd like to meet someone who is optimistic and positive, isn't looking for perfection, is also focused yet with the ability to be humble, attractive is fine and who finally, is willing to forget the past, move forward and participate in the building of a new, far reaching and loving relationship. As the song Desperado exclaims in one of its' more memorable lines, "you better let somebody love you, let somebody love you, before it's too late". I am a very positive person as mentioned, so if you're the opposite, please move on. I don't need any "energy vampires" (Jon Gordon, author The Energy Bus) on my bus. That pretty much sums it up. Since most first dates can start out with each party being just a little anxious, I like to keep it simple. And as fortune would have it I by nature am very flexible. Imagine that, an accommadating Pisces. A light lunch is always a good way to get to know someone because it's usually only 30-45 minutes. In most cases one knows if there's any real chemistry within a matter of moments. Soooooo, if things aren't looking good for that quality "connection", that short of time period really won't hurt anyone for some casual conversation and a view laughs. This is supposed to be fun for everyone, ready to have some?
